Google Chrome 11, taking the lead in 2011 web browsers

Web browsers are continually evolving and updating themselves in order to get the most of the Internet while giving the latest to their users. All of them are looking to fix issues and to incorporate new features but if I’m to name only one web browser to exemplify this, then I’ll definitely go with Google Chrome. The web browser from the Big G is constantly getting better and proof of that is the release of Chrome 11, the latest edition of the program that’s packed with several new features that confirms it as one of the best Internet browsers nowadays.

Speech input through HTML
We all know Google Chrome for being one of the fastest Internet browsers of the market but that definitely isn’t the only feature for what it should be known for. Chrome 11 is here to try to change that and probably the most important addition to the latest edition of the web browser is the ability to convert speech into text through HTML.
This new technology will allow users to, for example, translate what you’re saying into a different language using one of the most popular Google apps: Translate. To do this, simply click on the microphone located in the input box, say the words or phrase you want to translate and see how it works!

Improved security
The other major incorporation to Chrome 11 is a set of numerous fixes to correct bugs and technical issues. In this way, a new layer of security is added to probably the safest web browser out there. Many of these problems were reported by users, who were rewarded by their help with the development of the newest browser. If you want more details about the fixes, you can check Chrome’s official blog.
And in this manner, Google Chrome continues its tireless journey to perfection. Of course, it will have to work hard to become the world’s most popular browser but if it continues with its current direction, Chrome will definitely get there. Interested in trying the latest Chrome?
