This is a clone of Image Resizer which is one of the Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP. It enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click. This version will work also on non-XP versions of Windows including Windows Vista.

Before Resizing of a Single Picture

 

Right Click On Any Picture, and Click On Resize Pictures

 

Add This Step, You Can Select Any of the Given Size OR Custom size By your Choice.
Unchecking the Option of "Resize the original pictures" will create the copy by leaving the size of original picture same as before

 

After Resizing Of The Single Picture

 

Before Resizing of a Multiple Pictures
